Single dashboard. Multiple accounts. Localization options.
If you own multiple websites or want to manage WebEngage accounts for your customers,
there's a single dashboard to do so. You can add multiple administrators to each account too (see the next
section). WebEngage is currently available in 18 languages
and counting. Please reach out to us if are willing to help us translate in your language.

Multi-admin support. Feature based access
For each of your WebEngage accounts, you can add multiple administrators (based on your plan).
There is a set of pre-defined features that you can restrict the access of such administrators to.
E.g. Feedback inbox management, feedback configuration management, feedback styling &
email template management, survey management, survey response management etc.
You can add account managers for your website to -
- recieve and reply to incoming feedback
- manage the design/styling aspects of feedback and surveys
- access all surveys, responses and analytics
- manage your entire account and let you go on vacation for a while :)
Note: There is an upper limit on the number of administrators you can add for a website. Check out
plans & pricing page for details.

Feedback inbox, replies, statistics and information captured
From your dashboard, you can easily reach your feedback inbox for a website. New emails are marked
as unread. You can filter your emails by category. Apart from your feedback form fields, each feedback
thread contains additional details on user's geography, the page of your site this feedback was submitted
on, user's browser/platform etc. Replies can be posted from this thread itself.
We are in the process of enhacing reporting and stats module for the feedback. Currently, we visually
show you the country/city wise share of feedback submitted on your site and percentage break-up between
different categories of feedback.

Survey inbox, responses, statistics and information captured
For every survey we tell you how many times we displayed it and what is the overall response rate for each
of them. Each individual response is caputured and presented in your dashboard alongwith additional details
on user's geography, the page of your site this survey was taken on, user's browser/platform etc.
Survey responses can be filtered by "is unread", city, country etc. For each survey we display detailed
statistics on how has the survey performed over a period of time. Aggregate response for each survey
tell you quickly about the data this survey has collected.
We are in the process of enhacing reporting and stats module for surveys. Please get in touch with us if you
