Select a WebEngage plan that matches your requirements (you can always upgrade/downgrade later). Sign-up to create your account. We'll send you a verification email. Following the link in this email will bring you to your dashboard.

Generate widget code. Integrate with your site

Create and configure your widget. Add localization options and choose features that you want to enable in your widget (Feedback and/or Survey). WebEngage generates a widget code for your site. Follow instructions to get code integrated one-time on your website.

Go live. Configure your feedback and survey options

While the code gets integrated on your site, there's a whole bunch of configuration to be take care of. If you have enabled feedback in your widget, you might want to customize the look and feel of feedback tab, add custom fields and categories to your form, add custom styling to your feedback window etc. If you have enabled surveys in your widget, you might want to control how/where the survey window appears from, on your site. Once you have done this, start creating surveys/lead-generation forms for your site and configure rules for them.

Start receiving feedback. Drive conversions via surveys

As soon as the widget gets integrated on your site, with feedback feature enabled, start receiving feedback instantaneously from your users. With surveys enabled, active surveys start appearing on your site for visitors matching the rules you pre-configured for each survey. Get responses for your surveys in email. Get detailed analytics and reports in your dashboard.
