I code. I release.

I like WebEngage.

I like the way it seamlessly integrates. It is going to save lot of my team's effort. The plug and play nature of this product makes it easy to integrate. I am totally loving the "no-code-changes" philosophy, will save a lot of our effort going into release cycles. This do-it-yourself tool kit seems easy for support and marketing teams to get started, leaving me to focus on my big data project.

How do I convince all the non techies around me?

Hey team, I discovered this tool that will help both our support and sales & marketing teams. Since our pipeline is always choked with new features and design revamps, it would be difficult to create an in-house tool that matches your expectation.

@Support: I took a tour of WebEngage Feedback solution. It provides a configurable feedback form for our website. You can assign your team members to reply to feedbacks through the dashboard or directly via email. You get all statistics and downloadable reports to measure performance.

@Product: WebEngage Survey is a tool that allows us to create short surveys targeted to specific website visitor segments. It can help us in getting instant response on our new design.

@Sales and Marketing: On our marketing landing pages, WebEngage survey can be used to get leads from SEM traffic. Using their Notification tool, you can create deals and discounts offers targeted very specifically with respect to product as well as site visitor.

Once I integrate the code, you will never have to come back to dev team. All your changes get reflected in real-time. Let's try it out. What do you guys think?

Cheers,

I plan. I ship.

I found a gem here.

It is like going beyond web analytics. Looking at the offering, so many creative thoughts are pouring in my brain. Surveys can help us gain insights on the new design revamp. All the bug reports submitted along with the page screen-shot will reduce our turnaround time. Notification alerts for new feature launch, system maintenance and downtime can be pretty useful.

How do I get everyone on the same page?

Team,
Found out this amazing online tool for our website - WebEngage. It can help us in variety of ways. It offers Feedback & Support solution to streamline our support process as well as Survey and Notification to gain insights and increase site engagement.

@Support: Managing incoming user feedback through email is a pain. No one knows how many bugs are pending, which ones are duplicate and many a times we miss good leads and suggestions. Using WebEngage Feedback solution, all the team members will know status of each ticket. Can help us in prioritizing stuff that needs to be fixed.

@UI/UX: Due to lack of data points, we have often faced issues in choosing a design approach. Lets run user experience surveys on our website to get the instant answers to our questions. Also, the WebEngage's UI can be completely customized, so we can make our own skins and themes.

I brand. I market.

This is real amazing.

WebEngage's capability of targeting site visitors gives so much power to me. On our marketing landing pages, I can create a short WebEngage lead generation survey just for the SEM traffic. Using Notification, I can guide the web traffic coming from our facebook fan page to follow us on twitter. Running marketing campaigns that offer discounts to repeat customers would be a piece of cake. The more I am thinking, the more I see $$ROI$$.

Team,
Take a look at this online customer engagement solution - WebEngage. It has a very cool feature of asking questions and showing real time messages to a targeted segment. They call these products as WebEngage Survey and WebEngage Notification. Within the same bundle, it also offers a Feedback & Support tool. Appears pretty interesting to me.
