Integrate WebEngage with your BigCommerce Store
Helps Bigcommerce customers to increase conversions using Notification, gain customer insights using Survey and have customer support up and running within few seconds using Feedback.
If you are not signed up with WebEngage already, you'll need to do so. Please sign up and create a widget for your BigCommerce store first. Select a plan and sign-up now.
Follow these steps to add WebEngage integration code to your BigCommerce store:
1. Go to store's Design control panel
Login to your store's control panel and click "Design"
link in header navigation
2. Browse template files
Go to store design > browse template files
3. Edit Footer.html file
Left sidebar > files used by this template > Footer.html
4. Copy-paste WebEngage integration code into Footer.html and save the file
Get it from WebEngage Dashboard > Settings > Widget Configuration > Widget Integration
That's it! Your BigCommerce store is now WebEngage ready. You can customize your Feedback options, create new Surveys and new Notifications in your WebEngage Dashboard. No code changes are needed on your store.
Note: SSL support is only available for customers subscribed to the Basic plan or higher.
