Today we announced some new additions to leadership roles and promotions across the organization. These are leaders who will play an active role in taking WebEngage to the next level. Some of these folks have been with the company through hail and storm. Some joined us recently, and made a mark already!
I am honored to introduce these folks to you.
Anshuman Mishra – AVP, Channel Partnerships
Anshuman comes with a wide experience in strategic alliances and partnership. He joined us this month – also as our 100th Engager! And has spent his life across various parts of India building sustainable partnerships ecosystems and mobilization projects for multiple verticals. He’ll now be leading all the facades of channel sales and partner networks for WebEnage and will be our liaison for agencies and partners across the globe. His aim is to develop a robust partner ecosystem and move the scale for the overall growth at WebEngage.
Apoorv Sood – VP, Business Development & Partnerships
Apoorv has been with us for about 4 years now. His journey has been really interesting. He joined us an Enterprise Sales Manager and has only stepped up thereon. In his new role as the VP of Business Development and Partnerships, he’ll be mentoring our inside sales, sales development, pre-sales teams and channel partnership teams. Apoorv and I are working very closely to increase our global footprint this year.
Aswin Ravi- AVP, Customer Service & Implementation
It feels like Aswin joined us just yesterday and changed quite a few things overnight. With his extensive experience running support operations for SaaS companies, he has standardized the support and onboarding processes at WebEngage in last 6 months. We now have clients coming to us thanking us for the most satisfactory experiences that the onboarding team has been assisting them with.
Ishan Banatwala – Lead, Sales & Pre-sales
Ishan joined us three years ago as a Customer Success Manager. Also at the time when our most sought after feature “Journey Designer” was being developed. He’s worn several hats while serving at the customer front and in his last avatar he was leading our Sales Engineering team. With sales and sales engineering both under his kitty now, his focus will be to ramp up these functions and have inside sales contributing massively to the business growth.
Niket Raja – Product Manager
Niket put his foot in the door 4 years ago as a Customer Success Manager. He has done a commendable job managing some high value customer accounts for us. His latest role has stemmed out from his experience of closely working with our customers. While solving the customer woos his eureka moment struck when he decided to take it upon himself to build features that the customers require rather than just relaying them to the product team. Niket will drive our customer obsession further helping us deliver a product that customers truly want.
Titus Thomas – AVP, Tech Partnerships
Titus joined us last year as a Customer Success Manager but gave his role a detour and started working on developing fruitful relationships with our technology partners. With his expertise in email and cross-channel marketing, he’ll now be focusing on building and expanding our technology partner ecosystem. Titus is building a team of delivery experts. Our goal is to help customers with the end mile delivery of their messages on mobile, email, text and web.
Ankit and I are very happy founders today. We’ve come a long way in our journey. Our gratitude goes to each of these folks and hundreds of other Engagers who have been an integral part of our journey. We’re working on a multitude of facades including customer experience, product enhancements, partner ecosystem, and also the next edition of our flagship program, EngageMint.
