Email.

Most platforms treat a send as one decision: hit send. WebEngage treats it as seven: recipient, timing, subject, body, products, CTA, and delivery path. Each one tuned per user.

Built for Email. Backed by the platform

Describe a campaign goal in plain language, and the Content Agent instantly generates a fully branded email complete with headline, product recommendations, CTA, which you can refine through chat.

Drag and drop blocks onto a live canvas to build emails visually. Choose from columns, text, images, headers, buttons, and dividers. Preview instantly across desktop and mobile, then save.

Let recipients complete surveys, rate, and submit feedback directly inside the email. AMP-powered interactivity handles multi-step forms and real-time responses without any redirect.

See exactly where recipients click with a visual clickmap overlaid on your email. Hover any link to view unique clicks, total clicks, and click percentage

Get accurate open rates you can actually trust. True Opens filters out bots, scanners, and pixel pre-fetches to show only genuine human reads.

Auto-append UTM parameters to campaign links. Set source, medium, and campaign values, and every link is tagged for accurate attribution in your analytics.

Measure true campaign impact by holding out users. Choose Universal, Custom, or Campaign-level control groups, then compare held-out users against targeted ones to see the real lift.

Track conversions by defining a goal event. See which touchpoint drove the conversion across channels, giving credit to the campaign that actually earned it.

Define several conversion events and see how each variation performs against every goal, alongside aggregate conversions and total revenue.

Drop a recommendation block into your email and populate products automatically, personalized to each recipient.

FAQs

You can bring your own email provider. WebEngage integrates with ESPs including AWS SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, SparkPost, Netcore, Infobip, and SendinBlue, and also supports a generic SMTP gateway and a Private ESP option. You configure one or more under Data Platform, Integrations, Email Setup, so you are not forced onto a single WebEngage-owned sender. See docs
Yes. Any new or dormant dedicated IP has no sender reputation, so you should plan a warm-up ramp rather than sending full volume on day one. WebEngage guidance estimates roughly 4 to 6 weeks to warm an IP thoroughly, starting with small volumes to engaged users and increasing gradually. If you keep your existing warmed IP through your own ESP, you avoid restarting this curve. Read more
Both are possible depending on the ESP you connect. With providers like AWS SES you can point WebEngage at a dedicated IP configuration set, so the choice largely follows your ESP plan rather than a WebEngage restriction. See docs
Yes. WebEngage supports AMP email today. WebEngage requires a non-AMP HTML fallback to be sent alongside so recipients on unsupported clients still get the message. See docs
WebEngage provides a drag and drop editor and raw HTML, with personalization drawn from user attributes and custom events. Note the drag and drop editor is not available for AMP campaigns; AMP bodies use separate AMP and Fallback tabs where you supply AMP HTML and either rich text or raw HTML for the fallback. See docs
Content adapts using the user attributes and custom events WebEngage tracks for your account, referenced with tokens such as user first name or event properties. This drives dynamic and conditional content per recipient across both the drag and drop and HTML editors. See docs
WebEngage protects your reputation by keeping your audience clean automatically: the moment an address hard bounces or a recipient completes the two-step unsubscribe, that user is marked unreachable so you stop mailing addresses that drag reputation down, while soft bounces are queued for retry rather than dropped. See docs
