Problem Statement- How to convert anonymous visitors into contactables ones? Real Estate industry has relatively higher value for site visitors, even anonymous ones, because of the ticket size. This journey would convert visitors into leads and also add the form data in the CRM in the end.
1. Journey is triggered when user enters segment: sign up completed and not signed in in last 30 days.
2. Check if the lead score is in the following ranges (these ranges are not absolute. We have shown these scores just to give a basic idea).
3. If lead score is between -400 to -200 and user has logged in atleast 10 times in the past.
3.1. Check if user is available on web push. If yes, send a web push on your latest feature.
3.2. If user clicks on the CTA, increase his score by 250. This way he will move further ahead of users in this segment. Else wait for 4 days.
3.3. Now check if score is less than -200 (this is assuming user logged in and tried out some stuff for which he must have been awarded points).
3.4. If yes, send retention mail 1.2. End journey.
4. If lead score is between -400 to -200 and user has logged in atleast 5 times in the past.
4.1. Check if users is reachable on email. If yes, send retention mail 1.1. This is a very dormant user, so the content should be chosen accordingly.
4.2. If user clicks on the CTA, increase his score by 250. This way he will move further ahead of users in this segment. Else wait for 4 days.
4.3. Now check if score is less than -200 (this is assuming user logged in and tried out some stuff for which he must have been awarded points).
4.4. If yes, send retention mail 1.2. End journey.
5. Similarly, make a drip for lead score between -200 to 0.
On every email unsubscribe, decrease the score. And on any email click, increase the score.
