Step by step introduction to the journey

 

  1. The journey is triggered for the user who has not signed in on the website since last 2 weeks.

  2. Now, we are going to check the reachability of the user. Our priority channel is push notification so in this step we are checking if he is reachable via mobile app or not.

  3. If the user is not reachable via app then we check his reachability via email.

  4. Having fixed the channel, we send him a personalized content recommendation.

  5. The journey ends.
