Personalized journeys across WhatsApp and Email will help convert high-intent interactions, drive purchases and build lasting digital customer relationships.

Mumbai, 23rd September 2026: Enamor, India’s leading lingerie brand, has partnered with WebEngage, a leading customer engagement and retention platform, to build a connected ecosystem, linking online and offline purchase journeys. The association enables Enamor to engage customers across product discovery, browsing, cart activity, checkout, and post-purchase interactions, enabling a seamless experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Succeeding the effective completion of its email domain warm-up which ensured a robust framework for high-deliverability lifecycle messaging, Enamor has now pivoted to active, analytics-driven engagement strategies across its Email and WhatsApp channels. Its first automated Browse Abandonment journey is now live, targeting users who viewed products but did not add them to their cart through a timed WhatsApp-then-Email flow. Early campaigns have generated conversions and revenue, with WhatsApp emerging as the stronger conversion channel while Email continues to support reach and top-of-funnel engagement.

Building onto this momentum, Enamor and WebEngage have planned Cart Abandonment and Checkout Abandonment journeys, using a fast WhatsApp nudge followed by an Email follow-up. An Offline Sales to Post-Purchase Engagement journey will also link in-store purchases with digital relationships through thank-you messages, feedback communication, product sensitization, category advocacy, cross-sell recommendations, and relevant re-engagement offers.

The partnership also followed a festive campaign calendar covering Independence Day, Onam, and Raksha Bandhan, structured across Teaser, Launch, Last Chance, and Post-Purchase stages. Messaging will combine urgency, regional personalization, gifting, and repeat-purchase opportunities. Centralized measurement will further track conversion, revenue, and repeat purchases separately across online and offline customer cohorts.

Highlighting the partnership, Sandra Daniels, Chief Marketing Officer – Enamor, explained, “Our customers interact with the brand across multiple touchpoints, both online and offline, and creating an integrated experience across these moments is increasingly important. Our partnership with WebEngage is helping us move from individual communications to more relevant, journey-led experiences. The collaboration is a significant step towards making the ‘Enamor’ experience more accessible, seamless and inclusive for our customers. With automated journeys, stronger WhatsApp-led conversion, and the ability to reconnect offline customers digitally, we are creating greater value at every stage of the customer lifecycle and strengthening sustained relationships.”

Shreya Trivedi – VP – Customer Success & Business Operations , WebEngage, commented, “It is a pleasure to partner with Enamor as it brings together online intent, offline purchases, and post-purchase engagement into one connected customer journey. By combining the immediacy of WhatsApp with the reach of Email, Enamor is creating more timely and relevant experiences across key moments in the customer lifecycle. Our partnership is about more than connecting channels; it is about creating a connected, thoughtful journey that carries the Enamor experience seamlessly from one customer moment to the next.”

Enamor, with WebEngage’s intelligent automation, omnichannel capabilities, and real-time engagement, is positioned to strengthen conversion, improve customer retention, and scale personalized communication across its growing customer base. With its continued focus on design, innovation, technology, storytelling, and community engagement, the brand remains committed to redefining premium fashion lingerie in India through a seamless blend of creativity, comfort, and cultural relevance. The collaboration highlights WebEngage’s ability to help brands turn customer data and intent into timely, relevant interactions that drive measurable business outcomes.
