How to create and send promotional messages on WhatsApp?WhatsApp allows you to send messages with a relatively longer character limit (4096 characters). However, it is still highly recommended to keep your messages short and crisp to convert users faster. The idea is to frame your messages in a way where you can start with a transactional update and close your message with a promotion.
