1. Email Template Engine
We’ve revamped the email templating experience with a brand-new Template Library! Now, all pre-built templates—whether Drag n Drop, AMP HTML, or Custom HTML—are in one easy-to-navigate modal.
The filter-based selection helps you find the perfect template in no time!
2. In-App NPS Rating – New Out-of-the-Box Template
We’ve made collecting feedback a breeze with our new NPS Rating template! Now available under the “Select a Layout” modal, this template comes with pre-built HTML code for easy customization.
Plus, you can track user responses using Custom Events when users submit their ratings.
Note: To enable event tracking, update to Android Core SDK v4.11.0 and iOS Core SDK v6.7.0.
3. RCS Self-Serve and Private SP Support
We’ve expanded the RCS channel capabilities by rolling out Self-Serve and Private documentation for service providers. Now, it’s easier for other RSPs to onboard through the WebEngage dashboard.

4. User Listing Page Enhancements
Our User Listing Page just got a major upgrade! Here’s what’s new:
- Sorting: Quickly sort users in ascending or descending order. By default, the list is sorted by the last date seen.
- Enhanced Search: Easily find what you’re looking for with search text highlighting and similar text matching.
- Improved Column Selection: A more user-friendly view with the addition of Device Data for better insights at a glance.
Note: Currently, sorting is only available for date field attributes, but we’ll be rolling it out for other fields soon.
5. SDK Updates

- Bug fixes and optimizations
- Added Inline Receive System Event
