Hey Reader,

Greetings from WebEngage!

We hope you’re having a great experience with WebEngage. We’re excited to introduce new features on the dashboard. 😀

Analyze events using user attributes

You can now use custom user attributes for filtering and analysis in the Events section. Here’s an example that shows how many users who start a session have their phone number verified:

For better analysis, you can now use various custom user attributes like Age, Membership Category, Wallet Balance, Subscription Expiry Date, Credit Score, etc. The value of the attribute at the time of analysis (not the time the event was performed) would be considered in the results.

This feature is only available for selected customers. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or product@webengage.com to get access.

(BETA) Predictive Segments

Create predictive segments based on a business goal (for example, predict users who are likely to perform a Purchased event in the next 7 days).

Our machine learning model will then create 3 lists in your account – most likely, moderately likely and least likely to achieve the goal. You can utilize these lists to send relevant messages to your users via standalone campaigns as well as journeys.

You can choose any custom event as a goal to create predictive segments. You can also apply event attribute filters (for example, purchase where price > 10,000). You can also specify multiple events as your goal (for example, predict users who are likely to perform Flight Purchased or Hotel Purchased in the next 7 days).

These segments would be created as static lists within the account and auto-refresh every week.

This feature is only available for selected customers. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or product@webengage.com to get access.

  3. Android GTM plugin updated to v3.0.1 and iOS GTM plugin updated to v2.0.2

Hope you start making the most of these features and enjoy using them as much as we enjoyed developing them for you! We have some important and major feature releases in the pipeline. Stay tuned for more! 😀
