Personalize your website using Journeys and Relays
We launched our Web Personalization product earlier this year to help you run 1:1 personalized campaigns on your website, instead of just relying on primitive A/B testing tools. We are now extending that support in Journeys and Relays to help you utilize this product in a much broader way. Read our documentation to know more about how to set up Web Personalization in Journeys and Relays.

Mobile SDK updates
- Android SDK updated to v3.18.7
Makes our Android SDK compatible with Android 12 - React Native SDK updated to v1.2.9

Service provider updates
- WhatsApp
- Yellow.ai has been added as a new WhatsApp Service Provider (WSP) via the self-serve partnership.
- Our integration with ValueFirst has been updated to support various media types (document, video, location, and image).
- SMS
- CM has been added as a new SMS Service Provider (SSP).
