Frequency Capping for In-app Campaigns

Now, you can control the number of In-app notifications shown per session and set a time gap between them to avoid back-to-back notifications. This prevents overwhelming users with multiple notifications in one session. This feature requires SDK updates: Android v4.6.0, iOS v6.5.0.
