Amplitude Integration: Cohorts Export

We’re thrilled to announce that Amplitude users can now effortlessly export cohorts to WebEngage! This integration empowers you to harness WebEngage’s campaign capabilities, unlocking new opportunities for targeted and effective campaigns.

Custom Date Range: Channel Overview & Engagement Overview pages

Experience greater flexibility and insight into your campaign performance:
Choose Your Date Range: You can now select any 30-day period within the past year, moving beyond the previous options of yesterday, last 7 days, and last 30 days.
Real-Time Stats: View current day’s stats refreshed hourly, plus CSV reports will now include the latest data for the current day.

Reuse Custom View Templates For Your Inline In-app Campaigns

Easily save and import Custom View templates, allowing you to reuse them across multiple campaigns. This means no more starting from scratch with key-values for each campaign! Additionally, you can add images to your templates for quicker identification.

Send One-Time Campaigns Instantly Without Waiting For Segments To Brew

You can now send one-time campaigns without waiting for segment brewing! This enhancement allows you to launch campaigns via email, SMS, WhatsApp, web push, or Mobile Push even when the targeted segment is in the “In Progress” state.

Shopify Plugin: Auto Sync Catalog and Past Order/Customer Data

When a new store installs the plugin, we automatically sync all order, customer, and product catalog data, eliminating the need for manual entry.
Historical Data Sync: This feature is available for new stores that haven’t connected to a WebEngage account yet, preventing data duplication.
Hourly Catalog Updates: Your product catalog will refresh every hour by default, ensuring your information is always up to date.
Order Tracking: Past orders will be captured as an “Order created” event, with historical data reflecting on the dashboard within 24 hours.

Customize Email Pre-header

Email preheaders are now customizable! Instead of automatically capturing the first line of your email body, create catchy phrases that summarize your message right in the inbox.

Custom Alert: Enhanced Event Tracking and Real-time Alerts

Set up alerts for specific events you want to track and monitor important metrics closely. Receive instant notifications whenever there’s a deviation from your set thresholds, ensuring you never miss a critical change. Multiple users can subscribe to the same alert, and you can even mute alerts to reduce noise.

Run Inline Campaigns On Your Website Using Dynamic Elements

You can now run campaigns on dynamic elements within your Web In-line Content! Previously, certain constraints limited our ability to achieve specific use cases based on how clients’ websites were configured. With this enhancement, you can leverage dynamic elements to create more engaging and effective campaigns.

Add Third Button To Android Push Notifications

Now, you can add up to 3 buttons in your Android Push notifications, offering more flexibility and interactivity for your users.

Mobile Push Impressions: Added to Campaign Overview and Listings Page

Mobile Push impressions metrics are now shown on the top cards on the Campaign Overview and Campaign Listing page. This enhancement allows for quick tracking and analysis of Mobile Push campaigns.

Show Your Mobile Push Notifications In The App Notification Inbox

With this feature, send a copy of Mobile Push notifications directly to your app’s notification inbox through our APIs and SDKs. Ensure that even if notification is dismissed or undelivered due to restrictions or battery optimizations, the content remains accessible in the inbox. Additionally, you can track clicks and conversions in your Push campaign stats, making your campaigns even more effective!

SDK Authentication for Enhanced Security

We’re excited to introduce SDK authentication, a vital step in verifying the identity of the SDK communicating with our platform. This process ensures that only authorized apps can access the WebEngage API, protecting user data and sensitive information from unauthorized access.

Multi-Event Analytics

You can now analyze multiple events at the same time to identify correlations, identify patterns, and gain deeper insights into user behavior across these events, all in one place. Our latest update includes an enhanced Event Analytics UI featuring user-friendly graphs for a more intuitive experience.

Web Push Notification Support For The Safari Browser

With recent updates in macOS (v13+) and iOS (v16.4+), WebEngage now supports Web Push notifications on Safari browser version 16 and above. Similar to Firefox, users will need to complete a multi-step opt-in process to receive notifications.

Trigger Journeys with Refreshing Lists and Predictive Segments

Exciting news! You can now have users enter or exit a journey based on their membership in a refreshing list or predictive segment. This feature is available for all customers in the US and IN data center.

Now Run In-line Personalization Campaigns On React Native Apps

React Native users can now run App In-line campaigns. To enable this feature, update your React Native SDK to version 1.3.0 and integrate the new Personalization SDK into your app.

Unifonic Is Now Supported As A SMS Service Provider

Unifonic is now available on WebEngage as an SMS Service Provider. You can now find Unifonic listed under ‘Available SMS Service Providers (SSP)’ for seamless messaging campaigns.

Predictive Segments

Create segments based on user likelihood to perform certain actions in the future. Using WebEngage’s AI-driven analysis, users are grouped into 3 categories—Most Likely, Moderately Likely, and Least Likely—based on their predicted behavior. It’s a powerful way to stay ahead and tailor your campaigns effectively!

Increased List Selection Support

Perform advanced segmentation using a combination of live segments, static lists, refreshing lists, and predictive segments while sending your campaigns. Access this feature in the ‘Audience selection’ part of campaign creation.

Refresh Your Lists: Periodically or On-demand

You can now refresh your criteria-based lists either on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, or manually whenever needed. In addition, new columns (Type, Source, Last Refresh) have been added for better visibility.
