Batched Relays

Batched Relays enhance traditional relays by allowing businesses to group multiple business events and trigger notifications at set intervals. This upgrade optimizes communication by reducing notification frequency and ensuring more organized, timely updates. It streamlines workflows and helps businesses stay informed without overwhelming their teams with individual alerts.

Engagement Score

This advanced tool helps you dive deeper into each customer’s interactions with your brand. Assign weightage from 1 to 5 to critical events basis their importance. Our system will then calculate a precise user engagement score on a scale of 1 to 10. Scores close to 10 indicate higher engagement, while scores closer to 1 indicate lower engagement.

Paths: Add/Remove Rows

Explore niche user journeys by adjusting the number of rows in your Path analysis. By default, you’ll see 5 events, but you can add up to 20 rows to uncover uncommon Paths that may otherwise go unnoticed.

Paths: Advanced Filters on Segment/List

Conduct Path analysis on specific segments or lists you’ve created. Focus on particular user groups to uncover how they interact with your platform, allowing for a more targeted understanding of user behavior.

Paths: Split by Attributes

Break down events by specific attributes to get a detailed view of user behavior at each step. Each attribute split is treated as a unique event, offering deeper insights into how different user groups navigate your platform.

Scheduled Emails

Stay updated effortlessly with scheduled email reports that deliver your dashboard data and pinned metrics directly to your inbox. This feature eliminates the need for frequent logins, ensuring you remain informed on key metrics and trends without disrupting your workflow, keeping your focus on decision-making and execution.

Quick Switch

The Quick Switch feature lets users set any dashboard as their default landing page, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity. By customizing the first screen they see, users can ensure a consistent and tailored experience, reducing the time spent navigating and increasing focus on what matters most.

Introducing WebEngage Mail

With WebEngage’s new Email platform, you can send emails directly, bypassing external ESPs. This streamlines campaign management, improves performance tracking, and enhances deliverability. It also reduces costs while offering personalization, automation, and a unified customer view for more effective and cohesive marketing.

List Duplication & Customization

Easily duplicate and customize lists to streamline list management. This feature saves time and effort by allowing you to replicate existing lists and make necessary adjustments without starting from scratch. Enhance efficiency in list creation and management, ensuring a more productive and organized workflow.

Rename User/Event Attributes

Update user or event attribute names directly from the dashboard to streamline your workflow and maintain data alignment with evolving business needs. This feature simplifies data management by allowing instant modifications, ensuring your attributes remain relevant and accurately reflect current business requirements.

Custom Alerts: Updates

Custom Alerts allow you to set specific thresholds for key metrics that matter most to your business. For example, if you’re monitoring website traffic, sales conversions, or customer engagement, you can define a threshold that signals a significant change. Once the threshold is set, the system continuously tracks the metric in real-time. If there’s any deviation—whether it’s an unexpected drop or spike—you’ll receive an immediate notification. This helps you stay proactive, enabling swift actions to address potential issues or capitalize on positive trends. Custom Alerts are a powerful tool for staying informed and agile in managing your operations.

Stop One Time Campaigns

Take full control of your campaign communications with the new feature that lets you stop one-time campaigns directly from the dashboard. This capability streamlines campaign management, allowing you to halt campaigns instantly if needed, ensuring more precise control and responsiveness in your marketing efforts.

Events Analytics: Comparison Tooltip

This feature enriches your analysis by revealing both the direction and rate of change in data trends. By highlighting how trends are evolving and their pace, it provides a deeper understanding of user behavior, allowing for more accurate forecasting and strategic decision-making.

Event Analytics: Hourly Granularity

Gain deeper insights into user behavior with hourly event analysis. This feature goes beyond daily summaries, offering a detailed view of user interactions throughout the day. By examining events on an hourly basis, you can identify patterns and trends more precisely, enabling more informed and timely decision-making.

Journey: Is in Segment / List Block

Enhance your user journey customization with the upgraded ‘Is in Segment / List’ block. Now supporting both Lists and Live Segments, this feature offers increased flexibility and personalization. Tailor user experiences more precisely by incorporating dynamic segments and lists, optimizing engagement through more relevant and targeted interactions.

Cohorts: Export to Lists

Export both static and refreshing lists from cohort analysis to monitor user behaviors over specific periods. This feature allows you to track retained or dropped-off users effectively, facilitating targeted follow-ups and strategies. Enhance your understanding of user engagement and optimize your approach based on detailed behavioral insights.

Cohorts: Segment Filter

Identify unique cohorts within each segment for targeted analysis based on specific user characteristics. This feature enables precise insights by isolating distinct groups, allowing for tailored strategies and more effective decision-making. Customize your analysis to address unique needs and trends within each user segment.

New Call-To-Actions For Push Notifications

URLs/ Deeplinks: (Default selection) Directs users to a specific screen or resource in your app

Copy: Allows users to copy the text

Share: Allows users to share the text

Call: Allows users to call a phone number

Snooze: Enables snoozing notifications, hiding and reappearing after a set time.

Track Event: Allows users to track events and update their value

Set User attribute: Allows users to track or update user attributes

Dynamic Action/ Custom Action: Your team can pass the action type that they want

Text Overlay Layout For Push Notifications

Full image notification state: The background image covers the entire push notification space, with text overlapping the image for a striking visual effect.

Collapsed right aligned notification state: Customize the collapsed notification with a half-width background image, or use the default app icon.

Collapsed no image notification state: Full text push notifications along with default icons.

Push Notification Updates – Add Sounds, Custom Icons, Auto Dismiss & Auto Scroll To Your Push Campaigns

Sound additions: Add custom sounds to your notification (only supported for iOS).

Custom large icons: Customize the large icon of the app. This will be for the text, banner, rating, and carousel layouts.

Auto dismiss: Auto initiating notification dismiss. Currently applicable only to Android.

Auto scroll carousels: Enables you to automatically add scrollable images on the carousel.
