Enhanced Delivery option while creating a Push campaign

If you have integrated Xiaomi or Huawei push service in your WebEngage project, you will have an option to enable/disable these services while creating a Push campaign. This will help you to analyze the uplift that is being achieved with these enhanced services.

Click distribution for Push campaigns

You can now select the “Click Distribution” in the “Unique Clicks” section to see the distribution of clicks via various push sending services – FCM, APNs, Xiaomi, Huawei.

Mobile SDK updates

We have added several optimizations and improvements to the latest versions of our Android SDK (v3.20.4) and iOS SDK (v.5.2.10). Android SDK v3.20.2 included an important change in which we stopped the collection of Android ID. Therefore, we recommend you to update to the latest version to avoid getting a warning from Google while trying to upload a new update for your app to Play Console.

Dashboards – Funnel visualization change + Refresh option

We have introduced the original funnel visualization format for Dashboards, making analysis easier.

And, we have also added a ‘Refresh’ option at the top to allow you to fetch the latest data in the Dashboard.
