Monthly Releases: January, 2022

Greetings from WebEngage!

We hope you’re having a great experience with WebEngage. We’re excited to introduce new features on the dashboard.

Top clicked links for Email campaigns

A new “Top Clicked Links” card has been added to the Overview page of a campaign that will help you analyze the distribution of clicks in your email campaigns.

This feature is currently access-controlled, you can reach out to your CSM or product@webengage.com to get this enabled for your account.

Web Personalization (In-line Content) animation improvements

We have added subtle fade-in animations to provide a good transition effect while the campaign is being rendered on your website. This will also ensure that your website’s CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) score is not impacted.

This feature is currently access-controlled, you can reach out to your CSM or product@webengage.com to get this enabled for your account.

Service provider updates

We have onboarded 3 new SMS service providers – V-connect, DeviceBook and Kaleyra. You can now integrate these seamlessly into your WebEngage project to send SMS campaigns.

Mobile SDK updates

Android SDK has been updated to v3.19.1 to include –

  • Miscellaneous Optimizations
  • Fixes and Improvements related to the Android Flutter plugin

UI revamp of Integrations page for Push channel

We have revamped the UI of the Integrations page for the Push channel to ensure –

  • Seamless integration of multiple apps within the same project
  • Consistency with other channels like Email, SMS, etc.
  • Hope you start making the most of these features and enjoy using them as much as we enjoyed developing them for you! We have some important and major features releases in the pipeline. Stay tuned for more!
