Add filter conditions while creating recommendations
You can now add filters on catalog columns (example: product rating > 4) or event attributes (example: category = shoes) while creating a recommendation strategy. This would ensure that only products that match these criteria are considered in the output by our recommendation engine.
Upload catalog using FTP/SFTP/HTTP(S)
Along with Amazon S3, you can now periodically import catalogs from FTP/SFTP/HTTP(S) as well. This provides more technical flexibility to sync your catalogs in WebEngage.
