Hey Reader,
Greetings from WebEngage!
We hope you’re having a great experience with WebEngage. We’re excited to introduce new features on the dashboard. 😀
Shopify public app
Earlier this month, we successfully moved our legacy Shopify app to a public app that you can install directly via Shopify’s App Store. This app drastically cuts down your integration timeline with WebEngage by automatically capturing key events and user attributes from your website. Refer to our blog post and installation docs for more details.
We have planned several improvements for our Shopify app over the next few months, so stay tuned for that! If you have any feedback for our app, please send it to product@webengage.com.
(BETA) Engagement Score
Depending on the weightage of various system/custom events, the WebEngage system can now periodically update the “engagement score” for each user on a scale of 1 to 10 (least engaged to most engaged).
The engagement score would be available as a custom user attribute and can then be used for segmentation, analysis and personalization.
This feature is only available for selected customers. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or product@webengage.com to get access.
New event attributes added in ‘Push (Mobile) Sent’ and ‘Push (Web and Mobile) Accepted’ events
We have added various attributes like model, manufacturer, etc. to allow you to analyze these events better. These attributes are available under various analytics sections (Events, Paths, Funnels, Cohorts) as well as on the Overview/Analyze page of a campaign.
Note: Data for these newly added attributes will be available for campaigns sent post 7th September 2022.
Send campaign stats data to a custom endpoint
Instead of getting scheduled reports via email, we can now send the campaign stats CSV periodically. Customers/partners can build integrations on top of this to send the campaign stats data to various reporting systems like Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.
This feature is only available for selected customers. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or product@webengage.com to get access.
Addition of ‘Created By’ column in campaign CSV reports.
You will now be able to see the Created by Column in Campaigns and Journey reports. The email ID of the user who created the campaign will be visible in the Created by column in the report.
This makes it easier to analyze reports for projects where multiple teams are working on a single dashboard.
Mobile SDK updates
Flutter SDK updated to v1.2.0
Support added for iOS XCFramework and Anonymous ID callback
Hope you start making the most of these features and enjoy using them as much as we enjoyed developing them for you! We have some important and major feature releases in the pipeline. Stay tuned for more! 😀
