We have made a bunch of additions to WebEngage in October 2018. Here’s a consolidated list below:

Revenue

Our new Revenue functionality enables you to track the impact of the campaigns you run through WebEngage on your revenues. You will also be able to see the contribution of your various channels of engagement to your revenues.

Brand New Website

We have given our marketing website a major revamp! It’s elegant, comprehensive and conveys our various features and value propositions succinctly. Have a look here.

Knowledge Base

We have released the first version of our product documentation. It covers the concepts and functionalities related to the Analytics features of WebEngage including Events, Funnels, Cohorts, Segments etc. Check out our knowledge base here.

Journey Wait Blocks

You will now be able to modify the flow control blocks in journeys that are in upcoming, running and sunset states. More details in our blog post here.
