1. Fallback Recommendations – Flexible & Reliable

Ensure your users always see relevant suggestions with Fallback Recommendations. Even if your primary recommendation doesn’t have enough items, you can set up to 3 backup options.

For example:
Your Primary Recommendation is Personalized (e.g., White Shirts)
Your Fallback Recommendations can be:

  1. Static (Top Sellers in White Shirts)
  2. Personalized (Shirts viewed by the user)
  3. Relevant (Customers Also Bought white tops)

These backups automatically activate in order, filling gaps and keeping recommendations fresh and relevant. Plus, duplicates are automatically removed for a unique user experience.

2. Lists Support for SDK-based Campaigns

Previously, targeting in SDK-based campaigns was limited to broader user segments. Now, you can target specific lists with precision for

  1. Web Personalization (In-line Content), and
  2. App Personalization (In-line Content and In-app Notifications).

Once updated, you can easily select Lists from the “Show To” or “Send To” dropdown while creating campaigns.

Note: Ensure your SDK is updated to Android v4.17.0 or iOS v6.13.0 to start using this feature.

3. AMP Support for Self-Serve ESP
