Choose Your Conversion Metrics
Get insights that matter by selecting the conversion metric best suited to your goals:
- Send-Through Conversions: Users who converted after receiving the campaign.
- View-Through Conversions: Users who converted after viewing the campaign.
- Click-Through Conversions: Users who converted after clicking the campaign’s CTA.
Once configured, your chosen metric will appear across Campaign Overview, Channel Overview, and Engagement Overview, while others remain available for download in detailed reports.
To set it up, go to Data Platform > Data Management > Conversion Card Setting and choose your preferred metric!
