We are an established Martech entity incepted in India with a customer retention rate of more than 95% (despite COVID-19). In the past few years, we have redefined marketing rules by constantly evolving and provided the best-in-class technology to our customers. This year we transitioned into a full-stack Retention Operating System (ROS), including a Customer Data Platform, an Omnichannel Campaign Manager, and a Personalization Engine. Hundreds of global consumer brands across OTT, D2C, Edtech, BFSI, Travel, E-commerce rely on us for engagement and retention efforts.

We started as a web-based tool and evolved into a full-stack marketing automation platform in 2015. Since then, there has been no stopping. Today we power over 35% of revenue, driving campaigns across multiple channels for leading brands across 35+ countries.
Despite the pandemic, we have managed to keep churn at a minimum (under 10% seasonal churn). This accolade is a testimony to the fact that we are at the helm of the Martech game.

We manifested excellence in the use of marketing automation to deliver highly successful marketing campaigns. A noteworthy example has been one of our Edtech customers, Cuemath. The brand used WebEngage’s marketing automation platform to deliver a hyper-personalized customer experience at scale.
Cuemath has solved the complex three-way engagement – the students, the parents, and the teachers. It witnessed some amazing results like:

ETMONEY, a WebEngage customer, has been able to convert the previously non-investing customers through highly personalized campaigns. Engagement campaigns like the ‘Portfolio Check-up Campaigns,’ ‘Report Card Campaigns,’ etc., for the active users, spiked their conversions to 2x.
MarTech Transformation of Acceleration Project of the Year
This category reflects the bigger picture of MarTech strategy or tech stack deployment. And recognizes organizations who have accelerated their stack and increased their investment to enable effective marketing.
One of the examples is Apollo Hospitals’ app launch – Apollo 247.
Apollo247 runs hundreds of campaigns a week with personalized communication. The brand has been able to profile its customers better by creating micro-segments on the WebEngage dashboard and witness a 44% boost in user engagement.
