Hey Reader,
Greetings from WebEngage!
We hope you’re having a great experience with WebEngage. We’re excited to introduce new features on the dashboard. 😀
Catalog and Recommendations
You can create and use multiple catalogs and recommendation strategies to enrich the personalization of your campaigns across various engagement channels. Here are some examples:
- Recommend products to users depending on their events (added to cart, product viewed, purchased, etc.)
- Use the latest data from the catalog for personalization (price, quantity, image, etc.)
- Show trending products
For more examples and use cases, you can go through this deck.
Read our knowledge base to know more about how to set this up.
This feature is only available for selected customers. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or product@webengage.com to get access.
Email Click Maps
In continuation to our release of showing Top Clicked Links for Email campaigns in January 2022, we have now added Click Maps for Emails to show a visual representation of these clicks. Read our knowledge base for more details.
Support for AMP with fallback
You can now send AMP emails with fallback content via Sparkpost ESP. AMP emails let you deliver real-time, dynamic email content like carousels, accordions, forms, purchase buttons, etc., without the recipient opening your website in a separate browser window.
To understand the capabilities of AMP better, check out this interactive email example, in which users can take a small quiz to determine their style preference:
You will also be able to view the preview of your email campaign in AMP vs Fallback mode, on desktop as well as mobile.
Read our knowledge base to know more about the setup process and use cases.
Service provider updates
You can now seamlessly integrate Karix with WebEngage to send SMS campaigns.
Hope you start making the most of these features and enjoy using them as much as we enjoyed developing them for you! We have some important and major features releases in the pipeline. Stay tuned for more! 😀
