1. Segment Export to TikTok
You can now sync your WebEngage segments directly to TikTok Ads Manager — no manual uploads required.
Why it matters
- Reach 1 B+ TikTok users using first-party data
- Improve ad performance with real-time syncing
- Especially useful for MEA, Africa, and SEA markets

2. Collapse Key for Push Notifications
No more cluttered notifications. With Collapse Key, newer Push messages automatically replace older ones with the same key, so users see only the latest update.
Example: You send Push updates for an order: Order Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered
Use we_collapse_key = order_update
Only the latest Push appears in the notification tray, replacing the previous ones.

3. UTM Control, Your Way
Restrict UTM parameters to specific domains—track attribution on owned links, while keeping external links untouched.
