We have made a bunch of additions to WebEngage in July. Here’s a consolidated list below:
1. Time estimates for ‘In Progress’ live segments and ‘Upcoming’ journeys
Whenever a Live Segment is marked as ‘In Progress’ (this happens whenever a segment is created/edited with a new Behavioral condition), the dashboard will show the progress in approximate percentage completed and remaining time. This makes it easier for you to understand how long it would take for a live segment to get processed.
All ‘Upcoming’ journeys with Live Segments that are marked as ‘In Progress’ will also show similar information denoting the time it’ll take for the journey to get activated.
2. Date picker support while viewing a list of users for a campaign
You can now specify a date range to view or download the List of Users for a particular campaign. This is helpful when you want to analyze your campaigns during high seasons.
3. Media support for Infobip WhatsApp service provider
We’ve added support for various media types (document, video, location, and image) in our integration with Infobip as a WhatsApp Service Provider (WSP). View our documentation to know more details about how to set this up.
4. TrustSignal and TextNation added as new SMS service providers
We added integrations for two new SMS Service Providers (SSPs) this month – TrustSignal and TextNation, bringing our total count of supported SSPs to 33!
5. Android SDK v3.18.5 release
We updated our handling of the ‘Read Phone State’ permission to avoid discrepancies in the tracking of system events in certain scenarios.
